Amy McNamara
Amy McNamara is a Principal with Urban Property Groups and specializes in coastal urban investments with a focus on properties in North San Diego County. She has been in commercial real estate since 1989 and has participated in transactions totaling over $300 million. Before joining Urban Property Group in 2020, she previously worked as Vice President of Colliers International in San Diego. McNamara has been featured as a Most Influential Woman by the San Diego Transcript for two years.
McNamara, an Encinitas resident, currently serves on the Executive Council of the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Carlsbad, and previously served on the advisory board for Meals on Wheels San Diego and the advisory board for Christian Surfers. McNamara earned her associate degree from Mount San Antonio College.
With a son who is a Marine corporal stationed at Camp Pendleton, McNamara said she has a special interest in enhancing and expanding MiraCosta College programs that serve the military and veterans.
