Purpose
The MiraCosta College President's Circle recognizes generous donors who give a minimum gift of $1,000 annually to any MiraCosta College fund or campaign. Members of the President's Circle are alumni, parents, friends, and community leaders who are interested in actively shaping the future of MiraCosta College.
The President's Circle Fund was created to help provide a source of unrestricted support to aid the president as she meets the college's most pressing needs. Gifts designated to the President's Circle Fund are allocated at the president's discretion.
Assisting Students
In California Community colleges, sixty-five percent of our credit students are the first in their families to pursue a college degree. Your participation in the President's Circle Fund can change the lives of current students and create a learning legacy.
Expanding Faculty Resources
MiraCosta College hires faculty who are experts in their fields and love to teach. The President's Circle Fund enhances faculty resources through funding special programs and instructional equipment.
Promoting College Outreach
Sustaining programs vital to our mission, such as funding scholarships for deserving students and stimulating new academic programs, requires robust community partnerships. The President's Circle Fund expands college outreach to the community.
