Gina Mancuso is an entrepreneur, marketing strategist, and real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience helping individuals, businesses, and communities thrive. She began her career in media sales with Cox Media before founding Mancuso Media, a San Diego-based advertising and marketing agency that she successfully led for nearly two decades. Throughout her career, Gina has partnered with businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations to develop strategic marketing initiatives, strengthen brands, and drive meaningful growth.

Today, Gina serves as a Realtor with eXp Realty and is a member of both the eXp Luxury Division where she specializes in residential real estate, luxury properties, and relocation services throughout San Diego County. Her extensive background in marketing, negotiation, and relationship-building allows her to provide exceptional guidance and advocacy for her clients.

A passionate advocate for community engagement and service, Gina has dedicated countless hours to supporting nonprofit organizations throughout San Diego. She has contributed her expertise in communications, public relations, fundraising, and event planning to organizations including the San Diego Food Bank and the San Diego Rescue Mission. She currently serves on the boards of both Sister League of San Diego and the MiraCosta College Foundation, where she is committed to advancing educational opportunities and strengthening community connections.
