Jacqueline Pierson

Jacqueline Pierson is an entrepreneur and business owner who serves as Co-Founder and CEO of Nextech Diabetes Supply, a company dedicated to helping patients access the medical equipment, education, and support they need to live healthier lives. Over the past twenty years, Jacqueline has built, grown, and sold businesses across a wide range of industries, from pet services and hospitality to an employee benefits brokerage and healthcare. Drawn to new challenges, she has made a career of building from the ground up. Along the way, she has taken pride in creating jobs and mentoring individuals into opportunities they may not have imagined for themselves.
A former MiraCosta College student herself, Jacqueline believes that success is measured not solely by personal achievement, but by the positive impact one has on the lives of others. Jacqueline credits the business courses she took there with building the confidence and foundation that shaped her path as an entrepreneur. As a Board Member, she is honored to support an institution that continues to open doors and create opportunities for students throughout the community.
Beyond her professional work, Jacqueline has remained deeply committed to community service. She has served on the boards of the Fallbrook Art Center and Foster Family Network, where she completed a term as a board member, and continues to support organizations that strengthen families, education, and the local community.
